Portal Thermaculture is a membership-based wellness company offering contrast therapy and sauna experiences. I led product design as they moved off a limiting third-party platform and built a custom product to support their brand, operations, and long-term growth.

I designed a native mobile weather app for agronomists that delivers hyper-localized conditions using Simplot's network of field weather stations. Users can save and monitor specific locations to track real-time temperature, precipitation, wind speed, humidity, and UV levels at their exact fields.

I worked with Ikon Pass to explore improvements to their e-commerce checkout flow, focusing on pass upgrades and complex family booking scenarios. Over a one-month engagement, I developed and tested prototypes that streamlined multi-user purchase paths and simplified upgrade decision-making.

I designed experiences for two utility EV charging programs aimed at shifting behavior away from peak grid demand. The work included enrollment flows, participant dashboards, and utility manager tools for tracking and measuring program effectiveness.

I led UX design for Concerto, a proprietary smart grid platform that enables utility operators to manage virtual power plants by controlling distributed assets like smart thermostats and water heaters. The system aggregates thousands of IoT-connected devices to reduce grid demand during peak times, requiring a specialized interface for high-stakes utility operations.

Nutrien is one of the world's leading agricultural technology companies. I was part of a large digital product team with dozens of designers and developers, where I led design on a native mobile e-commerce app and took on design system leadership during a major platform transition.
